Irontown Homes is taking part in this year’s Pacific Coast Builders Conference Show as a featured home builder.
Irontown Homes will be constructing a single module guest
home that will be displayed prominently just outside the main entrance to
Center June 25 and 26.
The 534 sq. ft. luxury home will be packed with innovative
sustainability features including weathered barn wood siding, weathering steel
roof, BIBS (Blown in Blanket System) exterior wall insulation, thermally broken
Western Windows with a multi-slide door and Ductless 25 SEER heating and
cooling. The home will also be built with a tongue and groove cedar ceiling,
bamboo wood floors, maple cabinets, tile tub surround and quartz countertops.
The module will be constructed in Irontown Homes’ factory in
Spanish Fork,
before it’s shipped and set for PCBC where show attendees will have the
opportunity to tour the home. Following the show, Irontown Homes will transport
and set the home in
PCBC brings some of the most influential residential builders,
developers, architects, lenders, investors, marketers and product manufacturers
together while offering educational forums, networking opportunities and a
unique exhibit hall.
