Recently recognized by Ritz-Craft Homes for the success of
his first year as a modular home builder, Joel Farr, owner of the Fox HavenBeach Country Homes subdivision near
independent home builders.
In less than a year he has built nine homes in the 76 lot subdivision.
In recognition of the success of Bay Twenty, Farr has been
appointed to the Ritz-Craft President’s Advisory Council. This council is in
communication with Ritz-Craft’s Corporate Headquarters on a yearly basis to
provide feedback and brainstorm new ideas and programs. This is a sought after
honor within Ritz-Craft and is only awarded to the elite of Ritz-Craft’s
builder network. Farr recently received a plaque from Eric John, Ritz-Craft
co-owner and vice-president, recognizing Bay Twenty as a member of the council.

“Everyone at Bay Twenty considers it a great honor to be
chosen for this Advisory Council,” said Farr. He goes on to credit Ritz-Craft’s
forward thinking as a factor in his success: “Before we began construction we
visited and researched as many as ten modular home companies in the northeast.
Ritz-Craft was the only company to meet all of our needs in regards to product,
innovation and software marketing.”
