Deluxe Makes Short Work of a Huge Project

Deluxe Building Systems, located in Berwick,
PA produced the modular units that have become
Conklin Hall, a huge dormitory for the students at Duchess Community College
in NY.

The 136,000 sq ft building contains 465 beds in a suite style
setting with 4 or 6 beds per suite, each with a kitchenette, 2 baths and common living
area. The project included 240 modules. The entire project only took a year,
cutting the time of a site built dormitory in about half.

The entire dorm was completed in July in plenty of time for
