This month’s Builder Breakfast will feature Steve
Scheinkman of Innovative Building Systems.
Steve was the President and CEO of Excel Homes Group until
2013 when he became the Co-Managing Partner and Co-Owner of Innovative Building
Systems, the parent company of Excel Homes, Mod-U-Kraf Homes, Keiser Homes, All
American Homes and IDBS, the project side of the business.
When we discussed what he wanted to speak about, he said
that this Builder Breakfast would be a great place for factory owners, management
and modular home builders to begin building a marketing strategy for modular
and prefab housing.
He wants to address with others, in an open forum, why they
think the modular housing industry is stuck at 3% of the total new housing
market and what we can do about improving it.
