Modular and Offsite Associations, Trade groups and even yours truly, the Modcoach, have a hard time getting modular factories and builders to share pictures of their finished homes.
This is not something new. It has been a struggle for decades getting them to showcase their factory’s product. Free publicity…No thanks, we don’t need it.
So imagine my surprise when the Modular Home Builders Association announced two homes featured as their Modular Home of the Month. Way to go MHBA!
Both homes, one from Signature Homes and the other from Quartz Properties are fine examples of what custom single-family modular homes can achieve.
The difference between the two, besides the obvious design itself, is one is under 2,500 sq ft and the other is over 2,500 sq ft.
