There is a vacant building in Camden, NJ located on River Road on a parcel of land that is thought to be contaminated where several people including the inventor of Ceramix are going to build houses and produce chemicals in the same factory.

Armed with a $30 – 40 million investment, which they may or may not have yet, they are starting in the Camden location before opening as many as 10 factories around the country. They expect to hire about 1,000 employees when they open.

The puzzling thing, according to the attached news article, is they have not applied for or received any zoning approvals but they have already held their Ribbon Cutting ceremony.

This is starting to smell more like fish washed up after Hurricane Sandy than the sweet smell of success.
