A new modular home factory is gearing up to begin building
houses in
American Custom Modular, founded last
year by Jeff DiMatteo and Gino Ciacaglini is capable of producing up to 150
homes a year.
They already have orders for 180 townhomes in the planned
community of
County
in March next year.
About 50 full time jobs, paying between $12 and $30 an hour,
will be available to local contractors and they have already started to hire
workers.
