I love to report when a new modular home factory opens. It shows that there is growth in our industry.
Recently a spokesperson for Modular Steel Systemstold me that they were going to begin producing modules sometime in April in the former Design Homes factory in Bloomsburg, PA. They already have orders to fill.
If their website is any indication of things to come, it looks like we may have a another winner in PA, the hotbed of modular construction for the East Coast.
