But that’s where Nestron is located, for now!
In Singapore these homes range in cost from $19,000 for the baseline Legend model to $59,000 for the top-of-the-line Cube model. Nestron is providing small homes complete with everything you need including all the furniture and a smart home system.

Although easily transported to the US, these homes could soon see a factory rising up to meet our demands.
Like any other type of permanent housing, these “Cubes” will have to meet all Federal, state and local codes and regulations which means the price could easily double in the States, especially on the West and East Coasts where anything modular gets more of their share of over-regulation.
Maybe a HUD manufacturer will want to license these “Cubes” and using the HUD Code to build them, fly under the radar. Dr Ben Carson, Secretary of HUD, would love that.No matter how they get to our shores, these look like they could sell like beer on the 4th of July! Developers, please take note!
