I really like to see modular home builders use social media and YouTube to further their business and have featured quite a few over the years but today I came across a modular home builder from NY that should quickly take down his YouTube video. It’s that bad.
Santucci Construction Corp in Cortland Manor, NY simply took a Power Point presentation and put it up as an advertisement on YouTube. Not only is it tacky, it’s boring. People don’t want to read page after page of bullet points.
Please, if anyone knows these builders, tell them that they need to hire a teenager for less than $100 to put together something that people will actually want to watch. There are no pictures of houses, no floor plans, no nothing! I would pay to see just one big picture of a modular home they built.
I’m sure they are good modular home builders but if this is their attempt to get someone to call and make an appointment, their cell phones will probably never ring.
