It’s not often that one modular home factory takes home three awards for the NAHB’s annual Jerry Rouleau Award for Excellence. Jerry Rouleau was one of the biggest supporters of modular housing during his lifetime and for a factory to be given even one of these awards is great, getting three in one category is very rare.
Ritz-Craft Homes, headquartered in Mifflinburg, PA did just that this year. Here are their winning homes:
