Don’t panic, the shot heard through factory was on the production floor of Franklin Homes in Russellville, AL and was calculated to show how a factory produced roof system is so well built that a bullet could pass through the hinge opening of every truss of one of the longest roof systems in the modular home industry…82′ long.
Well, the owner of the Franklin Homes did just that. He gives you a folksy look at his factory as well but lately I’ve been hearing that factory may have stopped producing homes. Let’s hope the rumor is wrong and that he is still giving tours of his factory.
