It’s not often I sit through a 15-minute Youtube video about anything but I promise you, this video from Kristina Smallhorn is the best video I’ve ever watched on why modular construction for your new home is way better than having it site built.
The only people I feel sorry for after you watch this video are the tract-housing people that build for low price and as you’ll see Kristina shows in the video, the quality in a lot of cases just meets minimal standards, and the way they treat your job site is terrible.
One of the questions she asks in the video is why the modular housing industry isn’t doing anything to get the benefits of modular in front of new home buyers. She appeared puzzled as to why no organization is doing it.
So sit down with a cold one and a bag of potato chips and please, sit through this 15-minute video.
