Carol O’Donnell, owner of CRM Modular in Johnston, RI, has been putting up a full modular home in the RI Builder’s Show for years. She is very involved in all phases of modular housing and weathered the recession storm that hit our industry in 2008 and is now one of the largest new home builders in her market area.
