Three men brandishing a shotgun entered a construction site
in the 20500 block of
Drive
of money and property before fleeing the robbery scene on foot.

Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office
immediately responded to the location where the robbery had occurred at
approximately 4:20 p.m., and were able to quickly radio a description of the
three suspects.
While searching the neighborhood, a Sheriff’s deputy was
flagged down at a second new home construction site in the 21400 block of
said public information officer Lt. Brady Fitzgerald with the Montgomery County
Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were advised that three gunmen matching the same
description as in the earlier robbery had just held up a construction worker by
shotgun at a
construction site. The site foreman was able to provide deputies a description
of the suspects’ vehicle as they fled.
Another subsequent Sheriff’s unit was able to match the
fleeing vehicle with a car attempting to leave the area. The suspect vehicle
was stopped, the suspects detained, and property stolen from both locations,
along with a shotgun, was discovered inside the vehicle.
Deputies subsequently arrested Jamichael Sasser, 20, Malcolm
Green, 20, and James Balca, Jr., 20, and each were charged with several counts
of aggravated robbery.
