ATechBuilder Wants to Enter the Oil Field Man Camp Industry

In an effort to avoid the housing and workforce issues
companies are facing in oil field towns, Rick Downs of ATechBuilder Corp. wants
to establish a home manufacturing facility in Fort Yates,
which could bring up to 45 full-time jobs to the area.

The cost for the 36,000- square-foot building facility would
be about $1.5 million, Downs said. He said he
is still looking for investors and has not yet decided how the facility
construction will be funded.

American RTM Homes are built and sold by independent
businesses under license from ATechBuilder Corp.

The homes would be built in full, finished and shipped whole
from the facility, Downs said. The homes range
in size from 1,100 square feet to 2,500 square feet and are meant to go onto a
finished basement or crawl space.
