Modcoach has just obtained some exclusive photos of the new Atlantic
Yards B2 project.
At 32 stories and 322-feet tall, the Atlantic Yards B2 project will be the
tallest modular building in the world. The steel boxes are being fabricated in
the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and they will form 363 apartments, ranging from studios
to two-bedrooms.
There will be 23 different apartment configurations with 64
layout variations, and fifty percent of the units will be affordable to low-,
moderate-, and middle-income families. The ground floor holds 4,000-square-feet
of retail.
