Terry Thon, owner of HomeCrafters in Watkins, CO, sent me some pictures of a west coast inspired prefab that he recently completed. He is excited about the opportunities it gives his business, allowing him to expand into modular additions, ADA add-ons, cabins, even an H cluster like the iHouse.
He is putting R42 in the 2×4 side walls and R38 in the ceiling, specs that are better than the California crowd currently does.
