FEMA has posted the new ABFE (Advisory Base Flood Elevations) which leads the way for permits
for new construction. There was a FEMA meeting yesterday that was very informative. The advisory, however does read like stereo instructions.
If I were a Modular home manufacturer or Builder, the time is now
to contact all building departments to drop off information on the speed and
quality, the same for Boro Administrators or Mayors. These names
and contacts can be easily found by googling the town or Boro that you serve.
