Guerdon Modular Buildings is completing a $100,000,000
housing and underground parking project for Domain Apartments at One Vista

The three-phase project is due to complete the first phase,
in November of 2013. Over the 5 buildings, the luxury apartment complex offers
450,000 sq. feet of rentable area as well as a 5-acre underground parking
garage with over 700 spaces.
The 444 unit, 6 story complex has many luxury upgrades and
amenities. Among the features of the complex, the buildings include private
roof decks, a community clubhouse, pool, spa, and fireplace. While modular
construction is often more aligned with workforce housing and commercial
structures, Domain proves Guerdon’s versatility in providing luxury, modular
residential units on a large scale.
Ground was broken in May 2012, an especially impressive feat
as all 5 buildings in the complex are due to be occupied just 18 months later. Let’s see a site builder do this project in less than 3 years!
The modular units are built at Guerdon’s
manufacturing plant and set in place by one of the largest production cranes in
the nation.
