single modular guest home that will stand prominently just outside the main
entrance to the
during PCBC.
The single 534 sq. ft. module has been innovatively designed
and will be built with some of the most sustainable features and products
available including weathered barn wood siding, weathering steel roof, BIBS
(Blown in Blanket System) exterior wall insulation, thermally broken Western
Windows with a multi-slide door and Ductless 25 SEER heating and cooling. Other
features include a tongue and groove cedar ceiling, bamboo wood floors, full
overlay maple cabinets, tile tub surround and quartz countertops.
Show attendees will be treated to the unique experience of
touring this beautifully designed module before it’s shipped and set in
home.

prior to shipping and setting the structure at PCBC.
