Method Homes, builder of sustainable, modern, prefab homes
and commercial structures, announces the expansion of its offerings to include
direct production on the East Coast with the launch of a new Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. Method
Homes has built a large portfolio highly custom, architecturally detailed
prefabricated homes and commercial projects throughout the U.S. and Canada since its launch in
2008.

The new 15,000 square foot facility, located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania,
will service regions along the Eastern Seaboard and outlying areas.
“Method Homes has had a great amount of East Coast interest since its
inception,” says Method Homes Co-Founder Brian Abramson. “We have identified a
demand in the region for precision-engineered, modern prefab construction and
are pleased to bring our product to the East Coast at a time when modular
construction is experiencing a period of growth.”

Method Homes offers eight lines of sustainable,
architect-designed home models that range from rustic modern cabins, uber
modern urban homes, and Net-Zero ready homes to classic cottages. Clients have
the opportunity to fully customize system packages, finish options, and specifications.
In addition, Method offers 100 percent custom home solutions. “Each of our
homes is custom-tailored by our architects and precision-built by our master
craftsman. This allows the homebuyer more flexibility and customization with a
reduced construction timeline and fixed cost contract that makes prefab a smart
choice,” Abramson comments.

number of projects. “Our focus is on efficiency, innovation, and
craftsmanship,” says Abramson.

Method’s first home constructed in their new Pennsylvania facility, a Method Cabin Model 1, was
shipped and installed in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains in July 2013. In progress now is a
custom home by Manhattan-based McBride & Associates Architects bound for
the Berkshires in Massachusetts in late
October, followed by a pair of  East Hampton
residences by Seattle and Palm Springs-based Chris Pardo Design: Elemental

The firm is currently accepting commercial and residential
