It’s usually the Modcoach that interviews influential people in the modular and offsite industries but this time the tables were turned when Todd E. Miller, President of Isaiah Industries, Inc. asked me to talk with him on his industry podcast.
His podcasts on Construction Disruption are a must listen to by people in both the onsite and offsite construction industry.
In my interview, it’s obvious that Todd Miller and Seth Heckaman, Isaiah’s Sales Manager were curious about the modular construction industry as most suppliers and vendors that serve onsite builders and developers have yet to dip their toes into the modular housing pool. After this podcast, maybe more will.
