Simplicity, mobility, privacy, and affordability are keywords that describe the tiny home lifestyle. Turn Key Fabrication is a startup prefabricated construction company that began in 2022 near Downtown Fort Worth, Texas.

Founder Eric Robb is taking an innovative approach to the tiny-house movement that will have everybody wanting to purchase a tiny home or room for themselves. Everything that Turn Key builds is with prefabricated, structural insulated panels, which makes the company unique. The custom structures the company builds can be installed within a single day with no special tools required.
The structural insulated panels (SIPS) that Turn Key uses are airtight, super strong, and lightweight. The Turn Key Tiny’s can be built and assembled much faster than traditionally framed buildings. The high-quality structures that result from using these SIPs are phenomenal, given it only takes two to five days to build.

The Tiny’s are accessory dwelling units (ADUs) used for buyers who want an extra Airbnb or rental. Turn Key can design and create customized homes to its customer’s standards and needs. The tiny homes can turn into home offices, workshops, and guest houses. What makes having these homes convenient is the ability to put them on wheels. The mobile option allows owners to maximize their use with their tiny homes by transporting it with them.

Tiny Rooms are the company’s smaller modular units that can be used privately and put on customers’ properties. Turn Key has discovered the popularity of turning these rooms into wine cellars, cigar rooms, man caves, she sheds, and yoga rooms.

Customers have the option to have their rooms custom-designed to fit their preferences, so they can have a space they can call their own. The company’s biggest goal is to solve consumers’ problems without needing an extra room for downtime, self-use, or entertainment with small solutions like Turn Key Rooms.
