announced the successful completion of their 6,000th home
built at their 110,000 sq.ft. factory in

Westchester Modular Homes are built in a
climate-controlled factory environment with advanced computer-aided building
techniques. A customer can choose from over 60 floor plans or create their own
custom design by using the latest architectural software. This gives
Westchester the ability to walk the customer through the house in 3-D before it
is built in the factory. Westchester Modular also offers
teardown/ rebuilds, first & second floor additions and multi-family
housing.

and discover first-hand how modular homes and second-story additions are
designed and built. Visitors must be at least 18
years old to tour the factory.
