Launching anything new is not without problems and Offsite Builder magazine was no exception. As the iMedia Group team began using new systems and software to prepare both the Offsite Builder magazine and its accompanying website, Offsite Builder, we all came across small stumbling blocks that almost had me tearing out what little hair I had.
The team however picked up those stumbling blocks, including my not being available for 5 weeks in December and early January due to heart surgery, and produced one of the best magazines to serve the offsite construction industry.
The magazine’s reception at IBS 2022 was great. Some of the featured contributors were also at the show and were approached by people holding their copy and saying they enjoyed meeting the authors.
As Editor-in-Chief, I wish I could have been there but Ken Semler, the Publisher of Offsite Builder was and said he was overwhelmed with the positive response from everyone including factories and vendors approaching him about placing ads in future issues.
