Zarrilli Homes located in Brick, NJ just sent over some fantastic pictures of a home they completed in Spring Lake, NJ. For all you Doubting Thomas’ out there, this is a modular home. It was built in modules in a factory, shipped to Spring Lake, set in place and finished by Zarrilli Homes‘ workers.
Take note of the detail work and craftsmanship both from the factory and the builder. I especially like the bathroom with the round mirror and custom sink. Too bad he built it for a customer otherwise I would be moving into it myself.
