has begun its first round of hiring for managers and production associates for the company’s Northern California MegaFactory in Patterson. As a technology company, S2A Modular is looking for individuals who want to be part of a housing revolution using the latest manufacturing techniques and materials to build the world’s most luxurious, energy efficient and sustainable homes and commercial properties in the world.
The Patterson MegaFactory, which is scheduled to be fully operational Q1, 2022, is currently looking for talented personnel to fill several positions on the factory construction team which is responsible for getting the S2A MegaFactory ready for production. The company is also looking for skilled managers and approximately 30 production associates with experience across a wide range of skillsets to work on a modular production line and construct custom, luxury modular housing structures. All positions are full time, and prior modular or offsite construction experience is ideal and preferred.

There are currently openings for individuals with experience in several different construction trades including electrical, plumbing, drywall and other construction trades to complete the buildout of the S2A MegaFactory. Candidates will need personal tools related to their trade as well as lift experience. There are also several positions for general labor and all candidates will have the opportunity to join production teams for long-term employment.
