Scott Hedges, a Principal at Bygghouse sent me a video yesterday about a Scandinavian modular home being set. To be honest when I started watching it I wondered why he would thought I would be interested in a house being set the same way we do here.
Then the I watched the roof being set and suddenly I was mesmerized by what they were doing. Maybe some modular home factory in the US is already doing this but I haven’t heard of this method being used here.
Using this system would allow up to 10’ high ceilings on both the first and second floor of any house. How many of your customers have been asking for this?
