Today, housing is booming and people still want to own their home. But what was acceptable to Boomers just starting out is entirely different than what today’s Millennial are willing or able to buy.
It isn’t just the cost of raw materials or labor that is forcing this new generation of home owners to live below their means, it’s also the “out of control” government regulations placed on new construction and the cost of raw land with it’s “out of sight” impact fees and government regulations.
