No set crew is needed for this British quick-draw, self-building home, which unloads and unfolds itself in just 10 minutes.
Ten Fold Engineering is currently only building the TF64 but it will soon offer other components to allow the home buyer or commercial business to grow the building.
The floor plan is small, with just 689 sq ft of room, but internal walls can be rearranged to accommodate owners’ needs. The TF64 units can also be adapted and connected to create larger dwellings.
Rumor has it this will start shipping by the end of the year.
