Developers and Lakeway residents Joel Canfield and Joe Connors have teamed up with tiny home company Utopian Villas to bring an unusual project to Spicewood, combining a vacation recreational vehicle park with a homestead set to open next month.
Canfield was part of a group that created Lakeway Medical Village and Connors is a longtime commercial real estate specialist.
