In my latest email newsletter, I asked recipients this question: “Will Factory Pricing Continue to Rise in 2021?”
The answers in the Poll Question were:
YES, I’m already seeing it happen – 81%
NOT YET, but I expect them to go up – 12%
NO, 2021 will see stable pricing – 7%
I’ll let everyone draw their own conclusions but let’s hope the new Presidential team will look favorable on all types of construction.
