I usually feature finished modular homes to show everyone that modular is more than most people expect.
This week’s “Home of the Week” from Impresa Modular takes a departure from that by showing a modular home being set on wooden Pilings close to the ocean. A pile foundation is a series of columns inserted into the ground to transmit loads to a lower level of subsoil.
Even though we won’t be seeing the finished interior, you will have to agree that watching a new modular being set on pilings in just one day is awesome.
