Even though the “work from home” quarantines we saw over the past two years have been lifted, many skilled workers and professionals realized that working from home was very desirable and modular buildings are ideal for backyard offices.

Stack Homes, a Salt Lake City-based luxury modular home and accessory dwelling unit builder, is expanding its offerings to include two office solutions to meet the rising needs of work-from-home employees and business owners.
The offices, offered in 120-square-foot and 200-square-foot models, are high-quality and factory-built using the same sustainability values as all Stack Homes.

They feature open layout work spaces, exceptional thermal insulation, a covered porch with 9-foot glass sliding doors for a fully indoor/outdoor environment, and ample natural light.
Upgrades include ceiling acoustical panels for soundproofing that can also be used for an aesthetically pleasing accent wall for a styled Zoom background.

They have a rapid manufacturing time of approximately five weeks and are below threshold square footage sizes to eliminate the need for permitting in most states. They also require no standard foundation to be easily installed on a flat surface.

The offices start at $55,000 for the 120 models and $67,500 for the 200 models.
