The Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA) proudly announces that it has reached the milestone of gaining 100 members from across the country.
“While reaching our 100-member milestone is a major achievement, we see this as evidence of the growth and acceptance of modular construction,” said Tom Hardiman, Executive Director for MHBA.
The Modular Home Builders Association is the only national organization dedicated exclusively to serving the modular home builders and manufacturers. In an effort to improve construction productivity and efficiency, the MHBA promotes the advantages of modular construction to builders, government agencies, and the general public. MHBA also advocates at the state and federal level to ensure a fair and competitive playing field for the industry.
Our members include builders, manufacturers, and suppliers from the modular industry. MHBA members have cited many benefits including leads generated from our “Request an Estimate” feature to accessing members-only industry resources.
MHBA has taken great strides in promoting the modular industry to potential homebuyers. MHBA’s modular home of the month winner now reaches more than 90,000 people each month. This showcase has helped change the perception of modular homes for thousands of potential customers with steady responses like “I can’t believe this is a modular home!”
