Nationwide Homes in Martinsville, VA built and delivered a special 55+ home for Jim Chapman Communities to the Outdoor Village at this year’s International Builder’s Show. It was the only modular home in the village which was sort of sad for our industry.

What makes this home unique besides being a 55+ home is that it will be donated to Family Promise of Hall County to aid in helping the homeless by Atlanta’s Jim Chapman, president of Jim Chapman Communities and Jim Chapman Fine Homes, who were invited by the National Association of Home Builders and Professional Builder Magazine to exhibit an active-adult-styled single family home at the NAHB International Builders’ Show.
