Modular factories are busy, builders are busy and set crews are busy. Sounds wonderful but there is another side to this great news.
Several builders in the East as well as the Midwest have emailed and called this week begging me for the names of set crews.
Every set crew I know is booked at least a month or two out but these builders are about to get homes delivered to jobsites without a set crew to install the modules. Each of the builders that contacted me will have lots of work.
If you are a set crew with any open slots over the next 3-4 months, please contact me the Modcoach at [email protected] and I will forward your name to the builders today.
Commercial modular set crew are encouraged to respond.
